Hey there! I'm Justin Wilmot, and I'm passionate about two things: catching waves and helping people achieve financial freedom through real estate.

My journey began in the restaurant business, where I quickly realized I wanted more from life. Determined to create a better future, I dove into real estate investing. But like many, I found myself caught in the grind – marketing, negotiating, and babysitting contractors. I was making money, but at the cost of my time and freedom.

That's when I had my "aha" moment. I developed a system for wholesaling houses that allowed me to automate much of the investment process. The result? More time for surfing, family, and the things that truly matter.

Today, I'm living my dream – a successful real estate investor who gets to spend plenty of time riding waves and enjoying life. But my passion doesn't stop there. I'm dedicated to sharing what I've learned with others.

As a coach and educator, I help aspiring investors enter the real estate game and build successful, automated businesses. My goal is to show you how to make great money in real estate while working less and living more.
